WHY THE DOCUMENTS MATTER

Before a retailer lists your pouches, a distributor signs, or a customs broker clears a container, someone asks for paperwork. Pouch manufacturer certifications prove the factory runs a controlled quality system. A Certificate of Analysis proves a specific batch matches its label. A Technical Data Sheet gives buyers the specification they check against.

Missing or weak documents are one of the most common reasons a new pouch brand stalls at onboarding. We supply the full pack with every order, so your brand is ready for retail buyers, marketplace compliance checks, and import reviews from day one.

GMP Certified Pouch Production

Our production is certified under Good Manufacturing Practice.

US FDA cGMP (21 CFR Part 111)

Scope: Manufacture, Blending, Filling, and Packaging of Food / DietarySupplements in Oral Pouch, Capsule, Powder, and Oral Spray Formats, Including Products Containing Caffeine, Vitamins,  Minerals, Botanicals, Amino Acids, and Other Functional Food Ingredients.

Valid until 11 May 2029.

GMP covers the factory floor itself: hygiene zones, equipment cleaning, raw material traceability, batch records and staff training.

Certificate of Analysis for Every Batch

A nicotine pouch COA, or a COA for any functional pouch, confirms that a specific production batch was tested and meets its specifications. Every batch we ship comes with its own COA. Depending on the product, the tests typically cover:

  • Active ingredient content per pouch (nicotine, caffeine or functional actives)
  • Pouch weight and fill consistency
  • Moisture content
  • pH
  • Microbiological testing
  • Heavy metals

Technical Data Sheet for Your SKU

The pouch TDS is the specification sheet for your product: format, pouch size and weight, strength, flavor profile, ingredient categories, packaging and storage conditions.

We issue it when your formula is signed off, and it becomes the reference point for every reorder. Your exact formula stays confidential.

It is never published and never shared with other brands.

Safety Data and Stability Testing

Safety Data Sheet (SDS)

The SDS covers safe handling, storage and transport of your product. Warehouses, freight forwarders and fulfillment partners often require it before they accept your stock.

Stability and Shelf Life

Stability testing shows how your pouches keep their strength, moisture and flavor over time in their can. It supports the best before date printed on your packaging. Learn more on our FAQ page.

FDA-Registered facility

Our facility is registered with the U.S. Food and Drug Administration. FDA does not issue registration certificates, and registration is not an FDA approval of a facility or its products. If a supplier shows you an "FDA certificate," ask where it came from. We share our registration details with US importers and retailers on request, so they can confirm it themselves.

For nicotine products sold in the US, market authorization is a separate process. See our guide to FDA PMTA for nicotine pouches.

Why Our Sample Documents Are Redacted

Certificates and test reports get copied. Some suppliers have presented other factories' documents as their own, so we cover registration numbers, client details, and formula data on every public sample. The originals are real, current, and complete.

Qualified brands receive the full, unredacted document pack, including certificate numbers they can verify directly with the issuing body. Client COAs and TDS files are shared only with the brand they belong to.

Quality Document FAQs

What certifications should a pouch manufacturer have?

At minimum, look for GMP-certified production, plus FDA registration if you sell in the United States. Ask for current certificates with numbers you can verify with the issuing body.

What is a COA for pouches?

A Certificate of Analysis is a test report for one specific production batch. It confirms the batch matches its specification, for example active ingredient content, moisture, pH and microbiological safety.

What is the difference between a TDS and a COA?

A TDS describes what the product is supposed to be, its specification. A COA proves what a specific batch actually is, based on testing. Retailers often ask for both.

Can I see your certificates before placing an order?

Yes. Qualified brands receive full, unredacted certificates after a short introduction and a mutual NDA. Public samples on this page are redacted to stop them from being copied.

Do I get a COA with every order?

Yes. Every production batch ships with its own Certificate of Analysis, so you can pass it on to retailers, distributors and marketplaces.
